A family of food brands, since we started doing this.

Hagadol Hagashmi Incorporated is a diversified food holding company headquartered in Brooklyn, New York. We own and operate Golus Catering, a full-service events and wedding caterer, and Slim Bins, a shelf-stable beef jerky brand sold at gas stations, truck stops, and wherever else people are desperate enough. We believe in family, tradition, and margin.

1987 to today.

Founded when Richard needed something to do with the leftover beef, and his cousin needed a caterer for a vort. Both problems were solved simultaneously. Incorporated shortly after, mostly for tax reasons.

Both brands are certified Kusher by the Kusher Agency. We are told this is spelled correctly on the stamp. We have not independently verified this.
